We will not carry out any work without your consent and you will be fully aware of the costs of each and every job. Excellent communication is vitally important and we fell victim in the early years to trying to have work done whilst living in the UK, and not only was the work not completed to our satisfaction, but we found that the costs had escalated out of control, and had risen to nearly double the original estimated price. You can benefit from our experiences in this way as we now negotiate a fixed price for everything, only use the best tradesmen, and work to a specific timetable. If you purchase property through ourselves we only charge a minimal fee for this work, and it will be agreed prior to any work being carried out. We will of course help you even if you do not buy through ourselves, and our rates for this service are available on request.
